Hi Manula,

As part of sending the health of an VM to CEP, are we sending the health of
the process like whether it is up or not to CEP? This is obviously a fault
handling scenario.

@Lahiru

Do we have a plan on how to handle this particular scenario? If we are to
send periodic updates from VM on it's process status like port up or not,
then we need to generalize the protocol to check the port rather than just
checking the http or https port's status only.
