The LB assembly has wso2servber.bat in the bin folder. Patch is attached.
There is also a wso2carbon-version.txt in the bin folder, though I'm not sure
if that should be kept.
Sorry about the small/minor patches I've been submitting to date. At the
moment, I'm working on building my knowledge of the code base. I'm hoping to
submit some bigger stuff as I get more experience...
