Description: Idea is to provide ability to extend auto-scaling dimensions
without any code changes to auto-scaler. Developer then would simply add some
configs to CEP engine and then expect auto-scaler to act upon those based on
the threshold values defined in the auto-scaling policy file. For this to be
done, we might need to use the same property names we have used in auto-scaler
policies in the CEP configs.
