Description: We need to attach EBS volumes to the cartridges in AWS EC2
case. So that when we create an instance, an EBS volume would get attached by
default which can be used for the data persistence. (was: We need to attach
cinder volumes to the cartridges. So that when we create an instance, it will
attach to a cinder volume by default which can be used for the data
persistence.)
