Fixed in commit 49c90173f77fe8d4efdbabe35c6cb1dfe2122fec. Now artifact update
task can be configured using -Denable.artifact.update=<true/false> and
-Dartifact.update.interval=<interval in seconds> in the cartridge agent startup
script.
