Description: Load balance algorithm context contains the state of the load
balancing algorithms being used. In a clustered environment this information
might need to be distributed to be able to algorithms to be work consistently
among the load balancer nodes in the cluster. (was: We need to implement a
state replication functionality to be able to replicate sessions to other load
balancers in a cluster. Sessions are currently managed by Apache Synapse layer.
It might be good to start with a design proposal and discuss the implementation
details.)
