Running Findbugs before pushing code & integrating code quality plugins to the build

Folks, I think it is high time that we mandate running if tools such as
Findbugs. We should also integrate code quality Maven plugins. We can't
afford to have sloppy code such as infinite loops that consume all the CPU
cycles.
