Our current Cartridge Agent currently has written in Java. But running a Java
runtime inside a Cartridge instance is a performance overhead as well as a
costly operation. Hence, we badly need a lightweight Cartridge Agent, which
perform all the existing functionalities that current Agent provides. One of
the functionality of this agent is the ability to subscribe and publish
messages to a message broker.
