Hi Dinesh,
We can keep port offset separately(as we have now) without removing it, for
WSO2 MB setup. But MB can be fronted by LB (say LB port 80 mapped to 5672) or
there can be different MB such as ActiveMQ.
So making the <component>_mb_listen_port independent of WSO2 MB port is
important IMO.
