Based on your feedback, I updated the "Installation Guide" [1] by instructing the user to check out and build from source in the 2nd step. Thereby, the condition that Isuru mentioned will be fulfilled as a user would have already built the source before attempting to configure the Puppet Master. I also updated steps 9 &10 in "Configuring a Puppet Master" [2], but entering the directory where LB and CA resides.
