Hi Devs, We identified following issues after creating the initial 4.0.0-incubating-rc1 tag:
1. HA Proxy extension package was missing LICENCE and NOTICE files. 2. A js file used in a dependency component was not excluded in Apache Rat plugin after adding it to the LICENSE file. 3. Message broker session timeout and reconnection problem: STRATOS-627<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STRATOS-627> . Now those issues were fixed and running a new release build using Maven Release Plugin to publish maven artifacts to Apache snapshots and staging repositories.
