Hi Imesh, I'm a little confused on which label in github this "4.0.0 Incubating RC1" corresponds to. In github, I see that the label "4.0.0-incubating-rc1" corresponds to a checkin dated April 18 (7abdf541fbad16188eec1955847a19df6d204134). There's also a newer label "4.0.0-incubating" created earlier today which corresponds to a merge that was done today (75fc1ff4e148b8e268d7812faf9ac50a632908c6).
Can you confirm the code label where "4.0.0 Incubating RC1" is cut?
