As noted on the other thread, I desired to wait until
post ApacheCon to vote. The reason was to better gauge the
external impression of Stratos.

There is a pretty clear understanding that should WSO2 no
longer find Stratos "important", that Stratos would suffer;
the project is still dependent on WSO2 for major chunks
of developer energy and talent. However:

  1. WSO2 is not driving or directly Stratos
  2. The vast majority of people developing Stratos
     are personally invested in it and would likely
     do what they could to continue to work on it
     even if it wasn't part of their day job.

Also, from what I could tell, potential developers/users
do not feel that Stratos is a WSO2-play, but is a true
ASF project and being run as such. Again, this is great!

So a whole-hearted +1 for graduation.
