Hi Chris,

Yes a adopter can make Stratos a PaaS by adding PHP or MySQL cartridges,
  or he can me it a SaaS by adding Drupal, Facebook cartridges. Adopter can
convert it to any types as he pleases. But Stratos is still a PaaS
framework.
