Chiasson] The following resolutions were passed unanimously: A. Change the Apache Cordova Project Chair (Shazron Abdullah, VP) B. Establish the Apache Stratos Project (Lakmal Warusawithana, VP) C. Change the Apache DeltaSpike Project Chair (Gerhard Petracek, VP) D. Establish the Apache Phoenix Project (James R. Taylor, VP) E. Change the Apache Attic Project Chair (Henri Yandell, VP) F.
