Hi Imesh, The autoscale policy relates to the cartridge, but on LXC you aren't monitoring the cartridge value, instead you are monitoring the host. If the load average hits a threshold because the host is presumably under duress so the last thing you will want to do is spawn more LXC instances on the host?
