Thanks for your suggestion. I have also been thinking about how to better
address the issues faced by community users while using StreamPark. We have
tried to create an FAQ [1], but the results were not very effective. In my
opinion, We need to add more user manuals and documentation. I also support
the idea of creating a users-zh@ mailing list and opening a Chinese channel
on Github Discussions. This will help cultivate a habit of users providing
feedback.
