Improve the live dashboard as discussed on the mailing list:
* Upgrade dashboard module to Angular 2+
* Improve configuration by reusing existing static property models
* Add a feature to share dashboards
* Add a feature to reuse widgets across dashboard
* Improve drag-and-drop behaviour of widgets
* Store the complete dashboard status, including positioning + sizing of
widgets
