Hi Justin, yes, it would be possible to have two votes, but we would probably prefer to have a single vote, just to reduce the time frame needed for a release - if we release one after the other, a release would probably take a few weeks. Is the other approach (mvn install the backend first, then build the extensions project during release testing) acceptable from an ASF point of view?
