Hi all,

it seems we are only a few steps away from our first release voting!

I've now created release branches in incubator-streampipes and
incubator-streampipes-extensions:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampipes/tree/rel/0.66.0
https://github.com/apache/incubator-streampipes-extensions/tree/rel/0.66.0

In each project, there is now a docker-compose file that helps to build Docker
images from source and should ease the validation of a release.
I've also written a quick guide (pre-release steps) that is hopefully useful
for future releases:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STREAMPIPES/Pre-Release-Steps
There also instructions on how to test a release candidate, ideas for
improvement are highly welcome :-)

It would be great if you could have a final look at the code and do some final
tests, then I'd proceed with preparing the release vote within the next days!

Dominik

Hi all,

I have a few minor issues open that I hope to solve tonight.

After that I think we are ready to start with the first release.

Cheers,
Philipp
