I have a question on how to handle NOTICE file contents. In the last vote, it was mentioned that our NOTICE file of the extensions module [1] incorrectly contains license information. As far as I understood, the content from NOTICE files needs to include the content from NOTICE files from 3rd party sources that are included in the source. In this case, the NOTICE file from [2] includes (possibly incorrectly placed) licensing information, which we therefore copied to our NOTICE file. So what do you think is recommended here? Keep the incorrect license info in NOTICE or remove it although it's present in the 3rd party notice?
