Move the build jobs to ci-builds.apache.org

Hi all,

just in case you haven’t noticed. The builds.apach.org CI server will be turned 
off next week. So far I can’t see any jobs setup on the new 
ci-builds.apache.org server. Someone should take care of the migration.
