Hi Florian, just to make sure I understand correctly:
* There is an "SIS approach" which doesn't have any licensing issues as users would need to fill their own database and only Apache SIS dependencies are used in this approach * There could be a fallback option which wouldn't require users to have their own database, but that would require pulling in Proj4j, which itself relies on EPSG datasets.
