I propose that we keep the website the canonical source of documentation and information about the Apache Streams project. This ensures that primary documentation is controlled by the committers as well as ensures that new comers can find what they need with relatively few clicks.
If was adopt this model, I also highly suggest that we track not only technical documentation on how the project works, builds, etc but also community and process documentation. Thoughts?
