StreamsJacksonMapper has support for RFC3339 but many channels use other
timeformats. StreamsJacksonMapper has been optimized for streams and should be
used everywhere, yet currently modules must override it to process non-standard
dates. It would be preferable if StreamsJacksonMapper .getInstance accepted a
list of additional Joda Strings that should be supported.
