As a developer, I should be able to use the InstagramActivityUtil to convert
UserInfoData into ActivityStreams format. This will require a overloaded
buildActor function that takes in that UserInfoData object and converts it into
a valid Actor. That Actor will then be placed into an Activity object and
returned.
