GitHub user steveblackmon opened a pull request:

resolves STREAMS-313 #313
neo4j runtime dependencies are scope:provided and optional
using the existing Http-based writer does not require neo4j libraries
using the Binary writer does, but it's up to the implementing stream to
import it

>
> Create a GraphPersistWriter implementation optimized for throughput, with
> ability to build a large graph database rapidly from scratch, rather than
> incrementally update an online graph via rest API.
> Neo4j should be an optional scope import - bound at compile/test time but not
> included by default with streams-persist-graph.
