gump failure

the jakarta-struts gump run 
http://gump.covalent.net/log/jakarta-struts.html has been failing for a 
little while now. the reason is that the RSS digester has been removed 
from the main digester distribution. this seems to be used in the 
documentation.

i'm happy to create a new build target that builds and jar's the RSS 
digester stuff. i could then add this dependency to the gump 
descriptor. another alternative would be for struts to take a copy of 
the source and add that somewhere. i suppose yet another alternative 
would be to remove/alter that bit of documentation.

if no one bits on this one, i'll probably create the build script and 
commit some updates for the gump descriptor but i'd be interested to 
hear what the strut's community's preferred solution for this is...
