This isn't a bug for Struts; it would be better suited to discussion on the [EMAIL 
PROTECTED] 
mailing list.

It sounds as though you are having webapp isolation problems which are ultimately to 
do with how 
things are being deployed to Websphere.  

You may want to review this article:

It doesn't deal with WAS 5.0 specifically, but may still be instructive.  If you have 
further questions, 
bring them up on the user mailing list -- you might actually do even better to find a 
WAS 5.0 user 
forum, since the details of classloading are open to different implementations by 
different servlet 
container authors.
