i posted something about one of the problems a while ago (struts needs to depend on digester-rss which is now packaged separately). since no one shouted, i've gone ahead and committed (just now as it happens) the required changes in the gump descriptors.
i now have gump up and running locally so i'll probably be able to track down the other problems. hopefully it should just be a case of shuffling some dependencies around.
