Based on our reading of the documentation, and indeed the comments in ActionConfig.java: we automatically prefix any Actions created through our Struts diagrammer with a leading "/" as a convenience to the user. We've since received a request to not automatically do this from one user. So what's the consensus of opinion on this? Is there justification for not prefixing the path? Are we dealing with a legitimate use case or simply a fluke of configuration which allows it to work?
