Trust me, we are all getting it.  I know it can be very annoying, but
believe me, it is not coming through Apache's mail servers.

I am subscribed to over 20 mailing lists and I still get about 2 spam for
every 1 good message.  I hate it as much as the next guy, but there is only
so much you can do.

As long as we have stupid people out there who read (and click on)
unsolicited mail, we will always have spam.  You can always buy anti-spam
software, but right now there isn't any anti-stupid software for our those
mentioned above.
