I just happened to be looking this over to check the versions in the Struts 1.2.1 distribution and I noticed that we're using Oro 2.0.7 but the current release is 2.0.8.
Is our general plan always to use the newest release of all libraries? If so, we should update the Oro dependency. Small, I'm sure, but still...
I think it would be good to update to ORO 2.0.8, since there are a couple of fixes to regexp matching in there. See:

Of course, it's also easy for people to upgrade it themselves if they encounter the problems, so it's not that big of a deal.
