It would seem odd to me that people interested in the development of
the Struts project would not be interested in seeing what changes are
being made to the code or to the documentation on the wiki. Without
tracking those, they would not really be in a position to discuss what
needs to be done, since they would be missing the current status of
what *is* being done.

I am also against splitting the list, based on the above and on the
increased overhead of having multiple lists requiring maintenance and
moderation.
