The last closed RFE was April of 2003. >From what I understand, what you're asking to be able to do requires the ability to extend or customize ServletContextSimulator (and other classes -- HttpServletRequestSimulator, HttpServletRequestSimulator, HttpServletResponseSimulator, ServletConfigSimulator).
