At some point, I'd like to see us have a separate 'site' subproject that each of the other subprojects "contribute" to, including 'core'. This will also force us to think about what is documentation (e.g. user guide) and what is web site (e.g. most of the stuff in the nav bar on the Struts site other than the Documentation section), get away (I hope) from a war file as our means of publishing documentation (and the site), and come up with a better way of updating the site reliably.
