Do you think that it might be advisable to have this link more visible
and consistent with jakarta, putting in with the main navigation
links?  I never did find this when I looked and had to figure out what
the likely url for getting on a mailing list was from other contexts,
like jakarta.  This is fairly *hidden*, I think.  I don't know, of
course, but I suspect others may also have difficulty finding this.  I
believe Struts is unique in Jakarta in not having this seemingly
important link on the main navigation tile.  Perhaps there is a good
reason for that which I cannot see.
