Clay component with XML, Velocity, and runtime subtree construction

This example implements all but the last discussion point Craig outlined above
(7). I've added another "runtime.jsp" example that constructs the subtree at
runtime via a postback to the view controller. Most of the logic for the
subtree construction has been moved to the component. The XML view
configuration files are loaded from the context root under /WEB-INF.

I created a new component and called it "clay" and reorganized the package
structure.
