Struts-Faces has only had nightly builds we became a TLP, so I'll join the "inquiring minds want to know" camp on this :-). But I would imagine we'd go through exactly the same process as a complete Struts release, including putting the artifacts into the appropriate /dist/ directory that is the source of the mirrors (that part happens automatically). The other piece of the picture is that, when we set this thing up, we're all committers on all the subprojects, so we all can participate in the votes (after actually looking at the code, presumably :-).
