I also added a "if this causes you problems, do this..." comment, but I probably put it in the wrong place. I've looked through my local stuff and can't find it.
Here's a copy of what I used (from my old notes).
$maven -DartifactId=maven-findbugs-plugin -DgroupId=maven-plugins -Dversion=0.8.4 plugin:download
I'll add this to as a comment when I reenable the report.
