struts 1.2.7 + fileupload fix

Hi all,

Just thought I'd post a note about 1.2.7.  I'm using it in development
with no problems so far.  I have not yet switched any production apps to
1.2.7.

Anyway, I've also added the following patch:

And it does resolve the stated problem.
