In the mean time, though, that means you need to define properties "webflow.home" and "spring-webflow.jar" in your "build.properties" file if you want to build the core-library sub-module.
Craig, I didn't realize that was a temporary change, so I added 'spring-webflow.jar' to core-library/build.xml expecting that the .jar file would be added to /shale/lib/springframework/. It should be fine, as your build.properties will take precendence.
