I think, separately. While Maven can (apparently) generate Ant build files,
in this particular case (Tiles) there is a working Ant build that the
developers are happy with, and the Maven users just need to be accomodated,
not allowed to take over. :) As long as there are people willing to
maintain the build files, it shouldn't be a problem.
