Has anyone looked at the Maven PDF plugin, which is distributed with
Maven:

This is what it did against the site as it stands now...

There are probably some properties that I need to set; I didn't look at the
docs for the plugin, I just tried it out. So that's more of a "here's sort
of what it will look like" than a "Here's what it can do" example.
