We've already discussed decoupling the sub-projects from the common build files, so I'll go ahead and do it for Standalone Tiles. It looks like you're maintaining the tiles-core.tld separately now, so I'm going to remove the 'doc' directory that has the old struts-tiles.xml file and the stylesheet to convert it into a tld.
