Releases of tomahawk are unlikely to occur at the same frequency and timing as Clay. What we're doing with tomahawk and faclets is maintaining the taglib configuration on the myfaces wiki. At some point, I'm hoping to see it get merged into tomahawk directly. I'd recommend that Clay copies what we're doing. As an alternative, putting it on the clay wiki is probably a good second choice for components sets that can't be maintained at the component set site.
