I'm not having any luck getting started with the Apps subproject, so I think I should go back to reviewing the rest of the documentation for now.
I think the only major thing keeping us from rolling 1.3.0 is that the source for the MailReader seems disjointed. It looks like part is under "shared" and part is under "webapp", and we need them both under MailReader. We might also want "dao" to be "mailreader-dao". If anyone had a itch to sort out the Apps subproject, I think that would remove the last stumbling block.
