I reviewed the notes in November, and I'll go over the commit logs since, to see if there is anything else we need to mention. But they should already be very close.
One question would be whether we should copy the release notes page to each of the subproject and then edit them down to contain only their own notes. For the 1.3.0 release at least, I would be in favor of keeping the entire set of notes in the Action package too, as a convenience. -Ted.
