Both Patrick and I have emailed him directly, so hopefully, this will be resolved soon, but I agree, if we don't hear from him by Friday, I'll remove his name and call the vote without him.

I assume you're referring to tm_jee here. Perhaps we should give this person
a few days (3?) to respond, and if we don't hear back, simply remove him /
her from the proposal and move forward? I'd hate to be holding things up for
too long waiting to hear from someone who we don't actually know at this
point is interested. Perhaps someone who knows tm_jee could get in touch
directly, and encourage a response, if that hasn't happened already?

  Once he

has, I plan to call for a vote to accept the merger proposal as written up
on the wiki [1].

If any Struts committers want to lend their name to the project and help
out, this is the time. Simply add your name
under the "Initial Committers" heading. This will mean you are willing to
assist the new Incubator project, helping to
get it ready to move into the Struts repository.

If you are wondering what tasks there will be, the primary goal will be to
remove LGPL dependencies from WebWork,
substituting with more friendly licensed dependencies. I'm hoping the
process will take less than two months, giving us
time to get an alpha Struts Action 2.0 release out by JavaOne on May
16-19. Jason, Patrick and I had our Struts Action
2.0 proposal accepted so we will be giving a talk on it then. I'd like to
have something to talk about :)
