I set aside some time today to try and finish up on 1.3.0, starting with the Checkstyle Roundup. Of course, as luck would have it, SVN has been crashing lately, and a patch is being prepared to address some out of memory conditions. Accordingly, as a simple precaution, I'll make commits in smaller chunks.
